AAA sent out Turpin to assist me when my car would not start. It was late night, I was feeling stressed because of my car but when Manny from Turpin arrived he changed my whole mood. He was patient, he made me feel safe, he handled my car with care and I could not have asked for better service! Manny is a gem!

NO STARS. If I could give Turpin Towing zero stars, I absolutely would. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The driver left me stranded after taking possession of my vehicle and then towed it to the wrong locationβ€”an automotive shop that was not expecting my vehicle and had no idea why my vehicle had been dropped off there. When the employees questioned the driver about the situation, he became rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to the point that they no longer wanted to deal with him. The situation only got worse from there. While loading my vehicle onto the tow truck, the driver improperly handled my car, damaging my rear brake components. As a result, my caliper and rotor were damaged, my anti-lock braking system was affected, and brake fluid leaked from my vehicle. I was forced to pay approximately $700 in repairs because of the damage, and I also lost wages after missing work. When I contacted Turpin Towing to report the incident and requested the driver’s name and information, the company refused to provide it or take accountability for what had happened. Instead of addressing a legitimate complaint, I was met wi

Had an β€œemergency” worker tow me from my home knowing I had a dead vehicle that needed to be able to charge. I asked him to wait to see if the charger actually connected and started charging otherwise I would need him to place me at the charger directly across the street. He refused to wait for me to plug in yelling that I would need to make a separate service call just to go across the street. I am a young 20 year old woman who he left stranded with a car that cannot move because he simply could not wait 2 minutes to see if the car successfully connected to the charger. More importantly AAA protocol is not to leave the customer until the issue is resolved even if it results in additional billing. I do not recommend using them, and if AAA assigns you here ask them to reassign it.

Turpin was dispatched through AAA and I had to get a tow from a narrow parking lot. Car had the front tire bent from a ball joint and axle issue and in a precarious position. The operator was female and she was amazing!! Able to meticulously navigate the truck to position it properly and finally secure the car. She was polite, cordial, efficient. Top shelf!!

Today 3.27.2026 @ 8pm my car decided to over heat. So I pulled over called AAA and received my tow. The lady said Tow will be there at 9pm. 30 mins later my Tow showed up, my daughter and we were surprised and grateful. The tow driver got out the car. I rolled down my Window address the driver and was instantly greeted with low negative energy. Try to make small talk with the driver but the driver was not giving. I ask the driver to wait cause our ride was on the way, so my daughter and I would not be in the cold, he was nice enough to wait.our ride came to get us, I proceed to explain to the driver what my house look like and where to park the car. He proceed to say β€˜ I got it, you got a driver on ya hands. I said oh ok. We get to the house and the driver completely passes the house and park no where near my house when I ask him why he park so far away from the house. He Said β€œ Uh first off you can’t see the number on the house. I said β€œyes I know that why I explained to you before we got here what my house look like. We went back and forth with me asking him to bring my car back in front of my house. He then say I have to get paid first. I’m like wow ok. So I tell him I have $40
